Michael Owen’s advisors have issued a dossier to prospective buyers of the former England international detailing his career achievements, medical state and contractual situation.
The dossier reports that Owen is a free agent this summer - in case Liverpool, Aston Villa and Everton do not know - and looking to for a new club since Newcastle United’s relegation from the Premier League.
It includes a four-page medical review, “brand value” evaluation, and categorises his many qualities.
But then again who believes in dossiers anymore.
